Meet Trudy: Owner, Pole & BungeeFit Instructor

Trudy started pole in 2014 and has been teaching for around 4 years. Trudy’s own confidence grew when she started to learn pole and she wanted to pass this on to others. In her own words “I love the fact that you can be yourself, forget about life and concentrate on you. It’s empowering, I feel strong and confident”.

Trudy has big plans for Pole 2 Pole as we are soon to celebrate 4 years of being open, we are also adding in more classes, hosting photoshoots, workshops and showcases as well as now having a separate studio, that we use for BungeeFit and our street dance classes.

Meet Claire: Pole Fitness, Aerial Silk, Aerial Hoop, Kids and heels Instructor

Claire started pole in 2015 and began teaching in 2016, she has qualifications in Hoop, Silks, advanced pole and is a gymnastics coach. She is fully insured along with being DBS checked. Claire has an acrobatic sports background which she competed at national level for many years as well as being trained in ballet and modern dance. She is also our resident kids instructor for all our kids classes, our children’s classes are a HUGE hit.

Meet Hannah: Pole Fitness for beginners

Hannah is a tax accountant by day and has been poling for 7 years. She qualified as a pole instructor in 2022 and is now in full swing of instructing.

Hannah enjoys watching formula 1, reading, travelling and going to the gym. You will catch her teaching beginners and improvers pole.

She is our little pocket rocket, she may have only just started her teaching journey but we can see its going to be a great one!

Meet Hannah: Beginner and Improvers Hoop Instructor

Hannah, known as ‘Hannah hoop’ in the studio, has been qualified in teaching aerial hoop since 2019. When she is not teaching hoop Hannah works in a pre-school, and in her spare time she can be found spending time with friends and family, reading, watching thriller series or grounding herself at a yoga class.


Hannah loves watching her students grow in skill and confidence.
