How do I book classes?
We have an online booking system that you will need to register on and then you can view the calendar and availability to book a class. Access our BOOKING SYSTEM HERE

What do I wear?
For Pole we advise to wear normal gym attire and bring shorts with you or wear shorts under under leggings as the more skin out the better ;)
Pole Silks we advise leggings, a vest top and a decent sports bra.
For Hoop we advise leggings, socks, sports bra and a t-shirt or a vest top.
For BungeeFit we advise leggings, socks, sports bra, t-shirt or vest top and trainers.

What do I bring?
We provide you with a cleaning cloth and disinfectant spray so bring yourself and a drink of water with you.

Where are you based?
We’re in the Tamworth town centre on Church Street with car parking behind the unit in Aldergate Car Park, this is free after 6pm.

Do I need upper body strength?
Not at all, that’s what classes are for, to help you build up your strength and fitness. Our beginners classes are designed to work on different muscle groups that if attended each week will help you gain upper body strength so you can move on to more complex moves/spins that would require more strength.

Is there an age limit?
Yes there is an age limit across the different classes:
Pole: 16+ years
Heels/Exotic: 18+ years
Hoop/Aerial/Silks: Suitable for children but we hold separate children and adults classes (please check timetable for classes)
BungeeFit: 14+ years
