POLE2POLE AERIAL FITNESS
Pole2Pole Aerial Fitness first opened its doors in January 2019 by owner Trudy.
Trudy left a 20 year long career in the NHS to pursue her passion in pole.
Pole2Pole is a home from home (with poles and aerial equipment) for anyone who attends, the supportive and community feel runs right through classes to the social media groups.
The last few years have been difficult for all small businesses and Trudy has faced multiple closures and a sense of unsurety but throughout all of this the Pole2Pole team has grown, new classes have been added to the class timetable from Kids Classes to Aerial Silks as well as BungeeFit, which is unique to the area.

Testimonials
“Without Pole2Pole, I don’t think I’d feel like my true self. I struggle a lot with my mental health and self-image, so it takes a lot for me to come to classes. However, the studio is by far one of the most welcoming I’ve ever been to, and with time, I’ve felt more at home here. I’m so thankful to be taught by such encouraging, friendly instructors and also love that I get to share my classes with amazing students too”~Caroline.
“My first four classes were hoop and I think that really helped build a bit of strength for when I gave pole a go, not that I could do an awful lot in my first class, ached after that one!
I started the classes to get stronger, more toned, and more flexible, and it’s working! I can feel such a difference from pre classes.
This is really something for me! I love it and make sure I book at least a class a week now! Just for me, the instructors and other people that go are all from different walks of life, they are all lovely, supportive and brilliant at what they do.”~Ellie
“When I started pole fitness my self esteem had had hit rock bottom. However just 6 months on and my confidence has come on leaps and bounds, something I didn’t believe could happen in such a short space of time, these classes are fun, friendly and we have a laugh too. As a full time mom it’s good for me to get to have an hour or so to myself doing something I’ve found I truly love!!” ~Sophie
“I started pole as a way to get out the house and get some exercise. Having ADHD I rarely stick to hobbies but I've never been able to walk away or stop going to pole! It's a sisterhood, a way to express yourself and a confidence and strength builder. The best thing about coming to the studio is learning new moves, feeling supported and having teachers that inspire you. I'm at uni so I don't always use this studio but I was training full time here throughout the summer and Trudy got me upside down multiple times!”~Georgia
